Refund & Exchange Policy

 

• Exchange Policy:

          1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

• If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply
  
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
• please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

         2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

• If you don’t like the product, you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
  
• Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  
• You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).

      please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

     RETURN POLICY:

         1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, & simply
  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
  
• Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached, we will refund your amount.

         2.How will I get My refund?

         There are two options for refund:

        Coupon Code
        Cash Back

• What’s Coupon Code?

          You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount            you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our                  website.

• What’s Cash Back?

          If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then            we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or & Easy Paisa.
